Aaron is a former professional athlete turned entrepreneur and investor. In his 20s, he helped scale a fitness concept from 1 to 12 locations before spending the next two decades building and backing consumer, tech, and wellness brands as a founder, CEO, chairman, and lead investor.

He has founded Klutch Financial Corp. and Kommunity Fitness, played a role in over $5B in IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions, and serves as a board member and investor at RX3 Ventures.

Aaron brings disciplined brand building, operational focus, and a long-term vision to reinvent group fitness at scale.

Mike Gray is one of the most experienced and respected operators in global fitness.
 
Mike brings 30+ years of industry leadership, having helped build and scale what became the largest boutique fitness franchise brand in the world, expanding to 1,000+ locations across more than 18 countries. 
 
Now, Mike is bringing that experience back to what he believes matters most: building community-driven brands with strong systems, clear standards, and real support for franchisees.
